Our resorts in Bali are renowned for their exceptional culinary offerings, and we are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our executive chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary professionals to develop and implement innovative menus, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing our team of F&B staff, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our resort's vision and values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Work closely with our executive chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary professionals to develop and implement innovative menus.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth through exceptional service and culinary excellence.
• Manage our team of F&B staff, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our resort's vision and values.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that our operations are profitable and sustainable.
• Ensure that our food and beverage service is in compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our resort's reputation as a leader in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Represent our resort at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of F&B professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
