📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student needs.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support for student learning.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school-wide events and activities to contribute to the overall success of the institution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.,Valid teaching certification or license (if required).
