📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and goals.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
