📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
