📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, plan, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of engineers and site workers.,Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.
