📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and other instructional materials.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Attend to administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Promote a positive school culture and foster a sense of community among students, teachers, and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff.
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
  • Valid teaching certification or license.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
