📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.,Analyze and identify areas for improvement in existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and productivity issues.,Train and mentor junior engineers and team members on process improvements and best practices.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.,Proficient in using process simulation and optimization tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.,Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
