ORBIT Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive work environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
