📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance for the fleet of vehicles.
• Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption.
• Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide support to drivers and other employees as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
