Apotek Vera Butik is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Manage the pharmacy's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and financial reporting.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
