📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for development projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess project performance and impact.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct data-driven reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with best practices in monitoring and evaluation, and apply relevant methodologies.
• Participate in capacity building activities to strengthen the skills of project staff.
• Contribute to the development of M&E policies and procedures within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the development sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or STATA.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
