PT Surya Usaha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering processes as needed.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.
