📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring standards.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
