📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring.,Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
