📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Ensuring the quality and safety of all food products.,Developing and implementing kitchen policies and procedures.,Monitoring food costs and inventory levels.,Training and developing kitchen staff.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality and safety.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
