SHIFT Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar's reputation for excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to high standards.,Train and develop junior bartenders to ensure consistent quality of service.,Create and manage the bar's drink menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and trends.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bar.,Promote the bar's brand and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of bartenders.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management software.,Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.,Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
