📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
