📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with IT support tools and software.Knowledge of IT security best practices.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong customer service skills.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
