PT Pratama Firdaus is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation and reporting.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to support the overall business goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food cost control.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
