📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with the production team to assign tasks and monitor progress.,Monitor and manage production resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.,Implement and enforce production schedules and deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Report production performance metrics to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
