Nusantara Oil is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees and support business objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars in both in-person and virtual formats.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in both in-person and virtual formats.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
