📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the IT department in implementing new technologies and software.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT needs are met.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with network security and data backup systems is a plus.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
