In this role, you will daily interact with employees and customers, conducting health screenings, administering first aid, and providing health education and training. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees and customers.
- Conduct regular health screenings and wellness programs.
- Administer vaccinations and maintain accurate health records.
- Educate employees and customers on health and safety practices.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive healthcare services.
- Monitor and report on health and safety metrics.
- Assist in the management of chronic health conditions.
- Promote a culture of wellness and prevention within the workplace.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience with health screening programs and wellness initiatives.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
