📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a well-presented store.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Assist in promotional activities and sales events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
