📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.,Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide timely solutions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for procurement activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
