📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
