📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
