📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Manage and escalate IT issues to the appropriate teams or vendors.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems and services meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
