As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and culture.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and following up with potential hires.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
