📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing and communications events that align with company goals
• Develop and implement event strategies that engage target audiences and strengthen brand presence
• Manage event budgets and ensure they are executed within budget
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
• Create and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media content
• Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event planning and marketing
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s overall marketing and communications strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for creating engaging and memorable experiences
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
