📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Develop and present proposals, pitches, and business plans to secure new clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
