📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and visibility.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion wholesale industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with fashion industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
